Is this your first time using daz?
It sounds like you are trying to open up a model when you haven't even downloaded the basic files yet. In the smart content panel you should be able to select the Genesis 8 characters and it will automatically install the needed files.

why would you install a cracked version of a free program?

If you'd download DAZ like a normal person you'd have some of the things you are looking for for free and like already mentioned DAZ itself is free.

I uninstalled my cracked version and installed a free version.
I wanted to do a test and the problem remains the same ... so once DAZ is open, in program, where should I go to download the basic packages?
