There's this sandbox game I played maybe a year ago on android that I can't remember for the life of me. It was 2D and I think you had a job as a teacher in school, but you had free access to the rest of the town. It had a lot of customization and every npc was randomly generated where they all had different body types, preferences and whatever. There was this elaborate system where you had to choose different chat options to flirt with them, could go to their apartment and other stuff. I remember it being quite ambitious and there was some plans on integrating AI chat into the interactions with the npcs at some point.
Really hope someone remembers this from my scattered recollections! I'll add on more details if I remember!
Edit: There were also definitely stats like hunger/thirst that you had to manage as well. And at the very start of the game you had to specify how many NPCs you wanted to generate
