Help required! RPG Maker MV games drop to 1~5 fps on loading most game asset

So I just brought Mama Shota Kingdom 3, but it is unplayable on my side. It is the first game that the developer created using MV engine.

For the record, I am already using Japanese Locale, and have no issues with other games that runs in MV.

I have spoke with the developer and confirmed that it is my PC environment causing the issue, as I can play it just fine on JoiPlay. He is using the latest version of MV, so it doesn't have the monitor refresh rate issue from versions below 1.1.0

The symptoms are as follow:
1) Start game, fps ~165.
2)Start new game and select how we want to start, fps ~165
3) Main scenario start, asset loading, fps drop to 1~5
4) I persisted through the beginning until I can open menu. When menu open, fps ~165.
5) On selecting any options in the menu that temporary close or swap the screen, fps drops back to 1~5

Actions I have taken:
1) Update Nvidia drivers to latest version, and add the game to the overlay and force game to run with the GPU; Same issue persist. (May have gotten worst when force to run using Nvidia GPU, fps rarely jump above 2.)
2) Disabled Nvidia Overlay; same issue persist.
3) Update Intel graphic drivers to latest version and disable nvidia GPU; same issue persist.
4) Modify folder permission to full access; same issue persist.
5) Force game to run at lower DPI from game.exe properties; same issue persist


Anyone have any suggestion of what else I can try? Really prefer playing on PC rather than on my android.

Nevermind, I found out the issue.

The problem is with my anti-virus trying to stop the embedded scripts from running for whatever reason.
Just added an exception to the folders, and now it is running perfectly.
