I'm pretty sure this is a short VN game, maybe a short comic. If it's a VN, I know it's completed, it was likely in Ren'PY, male MC. I really want to say it's 3dcg, but I can't completely recall
The premise of the story was there was a couple (maybe married) and the twin sister of the wife/GF had come to visit, and she fooled the husband/BF into believing she was his partner and had sex with him. He finds out near the end comic. I think the partner comes home and maybe calls out to him or something and he realizes at that point he's with the sister.
