Help with Downloading games

So, I dont know how to download some Games. For example, 1room: Runaway Girl.It has some "Rar"
behind it when you download it. They need some type of program or website needed to open the game, Where do I find it or How do i get it?

You must be registered to see the links

, it support many different format, including rar, and the more often used zip format. This would limit the number of software you need to handle the archives.
