So all i can remember about this game is that it was a 3d game but from a top down angle. And it kinda played like super mario galaxy, except instead of a planet, you were moving around on a girl. And you'd have to damage parts of their clothing or something like that. So basically there's a giant girl and you move around on their clothing and destroy parts of it (or defend part of it, can't remember too clearly).
