Help with ISO File

So I have downloaded a game that is an ISO file I go to mount it and click the install and nothing happens.

Steps I have done.
Downloaded File
Mount that file (didn't unzip)
Once mounted and opened all I see is an install shortcut and nothing happens.
I'm on Windows 11 if that helps.

Sorry if it has been answered before.

If the ISO is zipped I would extract it.

What are you using to mount?
I use

What were you downloading, from which thread, and from where did you download it ?
There are very few files linked from this site that are ISO.

Sounds good. Yeah, 99 times out of 100 the file you want is either a zip, rar, or 7z. If it's an ISO downloading - you're most likely downloading something you shouldn't (malware, virus, etc).
