Help With Koikatsu Character Issue

Hey guys I apologize in advance if this isn't the proper place to post this but I recently got a weird problem with Koikatsu and it only happens to a particular part of the characters. Whenever I go into my character creation, no matter if it's the default character or I load another character in, their shoulders are always fucked up. I've provided two pictures to help display this problem. I'm not sure what's causing it as I go to the character sliders and it's all default, there should be no reason for it to look like that. If anyone could provide some assistance or help me look in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.

i think the problem you're having is due the shoulder shape slider found in upper body, compounded by either shoulder width or shoulder thickness.

Actually I still haven't fixed this so I appreciate the help broski lmao. Could you explain what I would change in the settings to fix it?
