Ren'Py Help with Patreon review

So, I just completed my first game (it's a Ren'Py game) and wanted to release it here and on Patreon,
I am very new to all this, so I decided to first make my Patreon account.
The thing is since I selected that it has Adult content, its under review.
It's been almost 16 hours now, and I am not sure what to do, most of what I read online said it should only take a few hours but I still have no response yet.

Just so we are all clear, I did upload nsfw content in image previews for the game (Nothing spicy, just 2 nude girls) and a link to my game in the About section.

So, it will be really great if someone can give me some pointers on what to do, and if I should do something else.

"You can post nude creations on Patreon of both real and fictional subjects. Posts with mature themes should be marked as “Patron Only”. This means that you cannot post nudity in public areas including your profile picture, banner, reward images or ‘about me’ section. "

So, how do I remove them if it already is under review?

Remove them right now. It's the week-end, they probably haven't effectively reviewed your page yet.

This time it got reviewed super fast.
