Help with profile settings

I have 2 questions about profile settings

1. I wonder how to set a banner on my profile like this:



2. I would like to change my username and usertitle color but I don't know how to do it, also I didn't see any "donor" with other color than yellow so firstly I wonder if this is possible?

I'm pretty sure that colors aren't configurable.
