Identify Help with the name

hello, a couple of days ago i played a game that it star with the MC in his pc watching a webcam girl, when i think is his landlady or somithing lika taht enter the room and surprise him, and then a wasp bit his dick and past out. When he woke up his dick have grow a lot.

The thing is i can remember the name of the game and cant find it in my pc . Can someone help my out with the name ?

If it's a Ren'Py game just go to C:\Users\"YOUR_USERNAME"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy and see if you recognize the game title among the most recent folders.
