I don't remember the name of a game I've been looking for but here's a brief description. You play as a prince I think but your father send you and a guy that's chubby to another country to discuss a matter. While you're there, you end up in a tavern and the guy you went with teaches you how to sword fight and you have an option to go to a brothel while there. Your father tells you not to go to the brothel but you can anyways. I remember going and got a girl pregnant while there and then went back home and then a couple days later, she comes to the castle pregnant and your father gets upset but lets her stay there.

Not completely abandoned if the devs are to be believed. They are working on a new game and then they will get back to esteria. Although, as per their plan and progress, it might take them quite some time before they will release something for esteria.
