You can hide such content, and it is impolite to make spoilers in on-topic threads. General rules - On-topic threads - Rule 10 "Spoilers are allowed, but it is polite to hide such content - especially when updates are still fresh".
I believe you can report such people for being impolite, and they will get at least warning... at first.
Overall, no reason to not read reviews. They helped me to understand that sometimes people give low rating only because there is not enough horny content in the game.

Because no one really cares to report someone, unless they are straightforwardly insulted or a part of LGBT community, who received a bitter truth about themselves.

I enjoy the story more when it's spoiled, on one hand because I won't be disappointed if I had high expectations, and on the other hand it keeps me playing because I know something interesting is coming because most beginnings of stories are boring and only a little spoiler keeps me hooked to read on.
True especially the tags, nobody bothered to correct them by reports. I myself only report spam and malicious files because the first is annoying and the second breaks the site so I take it seriously.

This is so true.
I am the complete opposite. I go to great lengths to keep from being spoiled even going as far as to avoid participating in the Tower of Trample and Domina threads after a new update releases.

Fart Dominator has a lot more potential. There's a lot that can be done to make it the ultimate facesitting experience and not just "here, try to survive fart attacks". I would rename the entire game into something more neutral and make it so that you can choose what mode to play, from the more vanilla to the more extreme variations.
Mode 1 - She can smother you to death by just moving around, no farts no nothing. Just shit talking and facesitting
Mode 2 - She can both smother you/move around and fart, so same as 1 but with farts
Mode 3 - Full nudity. Includes both 1 and 2 but she might pee or shit in your face
And the best part? It would be nice to have a little window in the corner of the screen that shows her giving you a handjob. Just hand on cock animation. So adding an ejaculation meter that would make lifting her butt off your face more and more difficult as the bar fills up.
