This is what I get anymore going to the site and it takes a long time for even this to load up. Going to the forums (which still work but are full of spam bots) I see absolutely no news about this issue. Honestly wonder if the site is no longer being administrated and is slowly falling apart.

Looks like the site is fixed, but anything uploaded while the DNS was fucked is possibly corrupted?

Was this ever figured out? I have the same issue, whenever I try to load the website on my desktop it looks like this:

Tried deleting my cookies and using different browsers such as Edge and Firefox, but still no luck. For some reason it works fine for me on mobile though.

Same issue on my end. Just putting in a post here so I get notified if anyone figures this out.

Same dealio. Can anybody for whom the damn site actually works post what your DNS says the addresses are? I've got the distinct impression that my DNS isn't pointing to the right places.

I've had success by using Opera and using its built-in VPN to tunnel in from an IP on the east coast of the US (I live on the west coast currently).

This is your browser protecting you from connecting to unsecured domains. Hentai Foundry appear to have screwed up their SSL certificate rollover, which is an issued certificate that they use to prove this is the genuine website and enables secure HTTPS traffic, and which also needs to be replaced with a new version periodically to prove they still control the domain. The SSL certificate for the main domain of just 'hentai-foundry.com' is valid, however all their subdomains like 'img.hentai-foundry.com' which they use to load images and stylesheets expired on Fri, 11 Oct 2024 and haven't been replaced. So your browser sees traffic coming from a domain with an expired certificate (img.hentai-foundry.com) and blocks it, resulting in you not being able to load images and the page just being plain HTML. If you punch the subdomain into this ssl checker you'll see what I mean:

You can work around this with the methods mentioned above, but you will be allowing traffic from domains that have expired SSL certificates and which are therefore not secure.

Short version: This is a them-problem, not a you-problem. We'll see if they can fix it.

so to get around this problem and get HF back to normal you need to open the logo image in a seprate tab and be willing to have a not secured site but it will make the page normal again no longer a html
