It's MUGEN, the most Malleable (and user friendly) open source fighting game program in existence. All you need is some characters and stages, install them both into the game, and you got your own hentai fighter!
As much as I like the hentai.... I always forgot about it when fighting an opponent 5/5 (Specially when the sex tech can kill) Also, too many character mods as if it's INFINITE. even if it's an old game and community. there are still some updates. not completely dead
