I'm working on a translation for Black Hood in the Nightpark right now, so you might see it here on F95 sometime soon
From what I could tell it's around 4 or 5 million, and the moment you have it it triggers the event. The characters talk about helping gather it, but it seems they make the poor bunny do it.

best way is to grind stats on Ryona Girl so you can nuke with the knifes that're very common when you help out the gang raped girls they're also a really good source of xp as well if theres more than 4
To add on to this, save up an absolute fuckload of money and keep going to the Ryona Girl; every time you beat her you get at minimum 1 level up, if not several, and you can dump every point you get from her into Leg/Arm Strength and Luck. This will not only make your normal attacks strong, but will also allow your critical rate to go absolutely bonkers. Eventually, you should be able to beat enemies with one attack; if you grind Agility/Skill enough, you'll do almost a thousand damage each time you press attack.

Hiring Hinode / Izekazi vs I Hired Yanikas / Saku < - Pick one.
300K / 200K yen! <- These are not yellow.
Hired Isezaki line> the Favorability isnt purplish. Instead it has c[7] right before it.
The tutorial for Ryona Girl as is isnt very readable, but I admit theres alot. To increase font size significantly you'd need to cut half the amount of text, and I'm not sure how that would go.

for some reason the skills from the coffee worker are blank, does anyone know what they are? when you try to buy the skills it gives two errors and says youve aquired the skill for some yen.

I believe they are yet to be implemented into the game, only the first map lady lists perks.
Game gets way too easy after a certain point. There's an infinite grind, not much exp needed to level up, etc. For an ero game perspective, it's fine but from a rogue-like perspective, it's a shit game.
Does Black Hood even have anything to translate? I thought it was like five sentences in the intro. There's no text during gameplay.

I finally have the game files de-encrypted and working, the only problem now is quite a few spacing issues and fixing some translation mistakes. I have to manually fix the spacing for everything, otherwise text goes passed the bottom or the right of the screen.
I have some irl stuff going on, so I'm not sure on the ETA, but it shouldn't take long once I start again.
There's a decent bit of text both at the start and end of the story, but none during actual game play

Some people on this thread said you need to get either your STEALTH or SKILL skill up and run into the guy with glasses.
However, looking at the devs comments in the code, it seems to say the chance of getting the event is higher the more CHARM you have. (And you need to be at least level 50?)
There's no option to view it in the main menu unfortunately.
Here's the Japanese comment if anyone else has a better idea:

Cheat engine seems to work well. It's a 4-bit number for Gold, HP or any of the skills.

On the top left of cheat engine, right under 'File' should be a blinking icon, click on it and select the game. Then decide on whatever you want to increase/decrease, in this example I'll use Leg-Str. Put in the value of that where it says 'Value:', then click 'First Scan', then change the Leg-Str value by either leveling up or kicking enemies. When Leg-Str changes, re-type the new value and click 'Second Scan'. Keep doing 'Second Scan' until you only have 1 or 2 addresses left. Then you can double click it and change the value as you like.
Also make sure your 'Value Type' is '4 Bytes', although for me it's automatically set to that.
