Worse gameplay. You'd think survivorslikes are impossible to make boring, but here we are.
I genuinely liked the thinking behind the options menu, though, it even allows you to hide the main selling point of the game, the porn, while you're playing, which is good because it's obstructing and annoying.

This is barely a project, let alone a finished game.

Beyond the terrible AI arts, the game play is uninspiring, the items dropped are boring at best and terrible at worst with little to no real "Builds" or any other interesting mechanic from Vampire Survivors or games similar to it. Waste of time to download and even more of a waste if you paid for some highschooler's horny project.
