After testing I can't replicate this. I activate the vegetarian cheat and can still access the principal. Could you send me your save data? Maybe there's another issue here.

The principal isn't available even if you do play the traps. She's not implemented yet.
True she doesn't have any content but she is still in the game. The cheat shouldn't be blocking you from talking to her.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm guessing he was expecting to unlock content with her after you complete all the students she sends you after.

That could be it. The code for the vegetarian cheat is just

It only affects the four boi characters. None of that should be affecting Victoria at all.

I don't know, it just seems like it would work to have the girls' individual endings focused on them, with the epilogue for our character's future told in his own ending when the main story is completed.
Just thought I should clarify that this wouldn't have to be literally third-person, our character could still be referred to as 'you', but the idea being that you would be a background character to her story for that segment.

I don't think I'm explaining this very well, it's not that the ending revolves around them that's the problem, it's that it suggests that his life revolves around them, making the endings incompatible with each other. It might be better possibly if the endings focused more on the girls and less on him. I'm not a great writer so I'm not sure how to do it, but possibly something like a switch to third-person for an epilogue style piece painting a picture of what happens to them over the next years, with our character only tangentially referred to as 'their master' perhaps. I think I’ve finally nailed down my thoughts on the matter. I think we're on different wavelengths. The endings are meant to be incompatible with each other, it's why you see the credits and are returned home after. They're meant to be smash-cuts to a later period, to examine the what if of "what would this character's life look like in months if the themes of their routes continued."

One reason is that oftentimes when writing a scene every bit helps to keep the flow going and provide variation. A big part of that for endings is to examine what happens to you over that period of time. Writing a scene in which the player is in the background is harder, especially since you are the instigator of the change.

But the bigger reason is that when the time comes for the ending to the harem route after the school is under your thumb my plan is for a playable epilogue where you can wander the town once more to find the post-ending characters for one extra scene. I need to be careful not to cut off any design space for those extra scenes, especially since for some characters I’ve run out of images and will need to re-use some. I actually have less images than I planned from the start of the project. I feel eeegh about the myriad of cgs of the characters getting gangbanged, and for the people playing the futa mc I'm avoiding anything that would break immersion too hard by showing too much of a male player body.

Making the player’s life revolve around the characters ensures I won’t be using an idea I want to use for the harem ending. I can be confident that whatever I want to do with Lana in the epilogue of corrupting the school, it won’t cover the same ground as the ending she has currently in the game.



If you’d like you could give some ending ideas and I’d be able to tell you if they match something I already have planned. You may say you aren’t a great writer but I enjoy reading your posts nonetheless, and I’ve done my best to try and write with your suggestions in mind when I can. At this point I'm sure I'd unironically enjoy reading a multi-page essay on ending ideas for every character, though I'd feel bad if I pressured you to write that much so just some random general ideas is ok too.

Hmm, I was imagining them more like how the ending of the 'Fallout' games work, with separate ending scenes for each character or group detailing what happens to them after your actions in the game, plus a main story ending which in this case would be 'you taking over the school/town'. Splitting it into separate endings with little crossover would simplify things a lot, which I assume is why Interplay and Bethesda did it that way; trying to fit everything into one ending would be a very complicated one with lots of checks for which girls' stories you did and how you did them.
As for the details of the endings I don't really know, I think of things while playing and put them straight into the reaction notes. The most recent one would have been about Mary graduating and getting a job, and how going home to her hypnotic master each night kept her stress down and made her successful. I love stories about the benefits of being a hypnotised pet, whether that's keeping her far more happy and content than she has any right to be in a bad job, or keeping her stress down and making her more successful in a good one. Of course that's just what I like, I don't know how common liking that kind of thing is.

i remember you could somehow talk to her more than that, maybe a mandela glitch. i have weird memory.

last time i played it, it had just mostly throw together pic's (it was waaaaaay back)

If I'm not mistaken (I'm trusting the game itself on this one), there are a few artists who provide content and thus each character has art that is consistent, being present in the same style in every scene for said character.

Hello everyone! University v8 is releasing on the 27th, so quite soon from the time this is posted. I posted a preview here:


For a tl;dr, I'm making preview posts and polls open to non-patrons and encouraging people to stop donating to me to save money for themselves or to support artists who more desperately need the extra funds. For the foreseeable future since these posts are no longer behind a paywall I'll post to the game's thread whenever a preview or poll post is up. I'll do my best to try and get ahead of the curve so future previews aren't a day-before matter from now on.

I recommend reading the post for what v8 will include, but beloware some of the images I had as previews. As another tl;dr for people who don't want to read it, basically v8 will include:
  • A lot of content for Emma and Cassandra Hamilton, taking them from no scenes all the way to essentially finished where Cassandra opts to join you for your future plans taking over the school. You have a contest of wills where she attempts to tempt you using other characters you've met over the course of the game.
  • 5 scenes of Tia, leading to her Route A ending wherein you enter a hypnotism-based relationship together.
  • Multiple scenes of Anri by Cryptogreek. I thought since he'll be handling v9 by himself that he'd put out a smaller amount of content as usual, but it's almost as much as all of my work.
  • And v8 will also officially add SlackerSavior's mods into the game, two characters who have a huge amount of content in a long linear progression. There are some others included in the package but they aren't done yet. What this means is you'll be able to play Slacker's stuff online or on mobile devices that don't allow local storage editing (lookin at you, Apple).
I'm vague on some scene numbers because the matter is fuzzy. Just trust me when I say a lot is done and just about ready for release once I'm done testing.

Here are the images from the preview. One doesn't make sense out of context and I'm not currently aware of what the rules are for including lots of images in a post, so here are only some of them:

There were a bunch of other things I'd like to add but real life matters came up. What won't be in v8 but is planned for later:
Master of puppet's better save system and window backdrop system.
A fix for the mobile CSS for the Persona style.
A global fix for any remaining scenes that don't give a finish button when viewed in the gallery.

Talk to you all again soon for the release! It'll probably be the biggest update I've ever put out for anything in terms of scene count because of how much SlackerSavior did.

The game uses CG sets from multiple artists. Art is consistent within specific artists so I don't think it feels thrown together. However the situation is mostly similar to the nature of v1, so if you thought it felt thrown together back then there shouldn't be anything that would change your mind added since then.

Ultimately so long as I fix my own issues that I had with the inspiration to this game, hentai high school, I'm pretty satisfied. I don't have any plans to change the direction of the game either, the most I'll probably deviate from the current way of doing things is once I'm able to competently edit them myself for things like Justine's TF potions.

Correct. However the game just uses that art, 'provided' is a word that carries inaccurate connotations imo. I just wanna be clear about that. Even though every single cg for every character is has a source listed via hovering over the image, the logbook entries list the character's artist, and the credits link directly to each artist's pixiv page, this is more of a conglomerate of outside artwork with each set being taken from the sad panda. It's one of the multiple reasons I would feel bad if I put the game behind a paywall.

Hentai University v8 - April 2020

--- New Content:
- New scenes for Cassandra and Emma Hamilton, taking them from no scenes to finished, involving Cassandra tempting you with other characters if you've already met and progressed at least a little with them. These characters are: Emily, Mary & Margaret, Steph, Tia, and Victoria.
- 5 new scenes for Tia Sun, culminating in her hypnosis-route ending.
- 2 new scenes for Anri Ramona the femboi-maid. Each scene has two outcomes totaling in 7.5k words.
- The mod characters by SlackerSavior are now included with the game. Head over to the game console, click load mod character, then type in coach to load his characters into the game. Only Zoe and Amy have content but hoo boy do they have a lot of it.

--- Bugfixes
- Added a transparent jogging outfit for Tia in the persona style.

--- Other Changes:
- I did not have a chance to get Master of Puppets/Wild Bill's window backdrops or the save to / load from file system working. Soon, I promise!

Here's v8! Emma and Cassandra were a lot to chew on, In retrospect I should've made the competition be just the beach, and add the casino later to ease my workload, but hindsight is 20/20. Hopefully it delivers on the premise of a competition against a hypnotist trying to tempt you into letting her control you, getting everything done was a lot of work but Cassandra is essential to a lot of stuff I want to do with the game's main ending.
It's worth noting that the optional stuff (the scenes with Emma and the scenes in the casino/beach) are freely repeatable after you've finished Cassandra's challenges. The dream casino and beach are pretty empty if you haven't met a lot of characters, even though the scenes were short getting everything done and testing it all was probably the most time intensive part of the release, more so than the actual writing.

Tia took much less time to finish despite having a similar lewd wordcount, although slow, heavy romantic scenes are a bit out of my comfort zone. As I've said before Lana's 'The harder you break me, the harder I'll squirt' attitude is more my usual speed. Hopefully you enjoy the cinnamon roll and her ending.

As this release officially puts SlackerSavior's stuff out, making it accessible to a lot more people (especially those playing it on apple devices), feel free to drop into the discord to give him some encouragement. His real-life work situation isn't great. However if you'd rather not drop in I'll be sure to relay all your thoughts!

The next update will be delivered by Cryptogreek, I'll be focusing on my secret project for April. His characters include Steph, Anna, Lena, Resse, and Anri. I think he's planning to do a poll. Remember that preview posts and polls are free to view & participate in until this crazy world we live in calms down, so stay tuned!

What exactly was the problem with that? I didn't give it the most stringent of tests as it was such a simple thing, but it seemed to work just fine for me.

Apologies, I didn't mean to suggest that it was broken and that I'd need to fix it before adding. It's just I was putting off other things to get cassandra finished, so the moment I was done with testing I had to wrap everything up.
While University's engine is different fron Anomaly's, it probably would have worked to insert it straight away. I just have bad experiences working with anything relating to save data from one update in human alteration app. I'd want to collect save data from others and test edge cases before implementing, sorry for the wait.
I'll try to have it done by monday if things clear up a little, upload the updated index.js file here for download and to the online version too.

I guess I have to wait at least 3-4 updates to play again :/
Entirely reasonable, this update's size will be pretty hard to match in the future. Still, I feel like this game's updates are pretty decent in size. You could play release to release and still have a decent chunk of new content in each.

Unless there's some issue forcing you to wait, or if you're only playing for a specific character. If there's an issue please let me know.

When you hypnotise Anri, are the first two choices supposed to lead to the 'What kind of things are you looking to improve' scene? Neither of them seem to correspond to that.
