How do I get the ending for Victoria having her common sense changed. I'm just getting text saying "with no way to push forward, your out of luck on this front." Is there a way to get that ending?

Yep! You need to progress with Lana, and bring up the idea of doing a porno shoot with her.

Should probably clarify, I think having genderswapped versions of existing female characters would be a nice touch - whether that be starting off that way or transformed F -> Trap. Thanks for the great game by the way.

To progress with Lisa and Victoria you need to begin the PTSA storyline, which requires 5 or more counseling.

After that you corrupt each member you'll be able to make progress with Lisa by talking about the plan with Madison.

Carnivore mode is coming in v19, it's a feature I've already finished and is undergoing testing at the moment, sorry

Maybe, but at that point they'd just be new characters I think. Plus I'd need to write alternate starts for carnivore mode and lots of other scenes to set that all up too

That's also true, I'm just hoping for more corruption on the gou/meph route, that was great.

V19 is planned to have a carnivore mode, which disables the girls like how vegetarian mode disables the boys.
