While that could be cool it'd require doing content with girls to unlock boi content, which I'd rather avoid.
To progress with Lisa and Victoria you need to begin the PTSA storyline, which requires 5 or more counseling.
After that you corrupt each member you'll be able to make progress with Lisa by talking about the plan with Madison.
Carnivore mode is coming in v19, it's a feature I've already finished and is undergoing testing at the moment, sorry
I get that yeah, one way around that could maybe to just have the girls start off genderswapped on carnivore mode?

V19 is planned to have a carnivore mode, which disables the girls like how vegetarian mode disables the boys.

Yeah a true female protagonist mode would be amazing but given that the game uses CG sets for graphics it's clearly not going to happen. Best chance for something like that is to hope that a future game will be female protagonist instead of male protagonist.
