I have a problem with Kelsey and Vanessa, I progressedmwith both but know it says to meet Kelsey at town square however I cannot find her anywhere. Is this an error, oris it not in the game yet or do I need to unlock certain locations. Plz someone help

You can speed up progress by getting the dev an illegal hook up for the drugs he needs, medically. Honestly no clue why they bother making drugs illegal, it clearly doesn't stop anyone.
