He made that Xmas game we’re Santa Claus had some holiday fun with a married man wife and daughter that was pretty good game i hope he does something like that again someday but not with santa and with a different family we’re they spend the holidays with a random male like ugly uncle or a young fat male who is spending the holidays with them like with husband and wife along with daughter and her boyfriend

Yea, that would be awesome. Santa clause was just too goofy of a setup for me to get into in that special. But another short that's got a similar setup would be dope.
I always liked having bit of a bait and switch to throw my mind off and get a bit of a surprise. Like they go on vacation and the husband is so worried about keeping an eye on the playboy that he doesn't notice the fat old uncle stealing the girls. lol

I think the issue for me with the pacing of the HC games is the obligatory "opening" section. HC1 has the whole summoning by the god at the start which means that you don't actually experience the meat of the game until that opening is done. HC1 is definitely the shortest of the three by a fairly large margin but between the opening itself which has no sexual content and building up to the corruption once you're out of the opening it feels slow. HC2 has similar problems as between the childhood section, the opening leading up to the death of Noah's father, and then the build up to the corruption it does take a while to get anywhere. HC3 has better pacing than the first two in large part because of the setting. Due to where HC3 is set the game is able to show sexual activity outside of the main quartet of women which softens the length of the build up somewhat. Presumably HC4, if there is one, will be better paced than HC3 as each successive entry in the series has improved considerably over the last.
I don't know about that. The first half is the most intriguing story-wise. Getting acquainted to the four girls, understanding their personalities/situation and witnessing their paths to corruption is much more interesting in the first half.
The second half has the hot stuff and not just handjobs etc..
With other words, the first half makes me invested in the story / building up a connection to the characters, the second half i play for the hot scenes.
I agree but i also don't really know how much should be changed. The side girls make the world bigger and more alive, they increase the possibilities and variations.
But as you said they need space and time which could have gone to the main girls instead.
Especially since i'm not that interested in their sex scenes. Seeing some maid getting an incredible long sex scene with lots of custom animation in it just hurts. It get's even more annoying whenever i think "How nice if that would have been Haylen/Rose/Cyanna".

This will vary quite a bit depending on personal preference, but if anything, I feel like Chapter 2 has my favorite prologue by far specifically because it felt confident enough to take its time and actually treat the characters normally without feeling like it was just some obligatory prelude to the corruption kicking in. It had so many innocent moments that added to the charm of the village before anything starts to go awry, building up that sense of dread and lulling you into a false sense of security, which helped pay off later on by destroying that nostalgia piece by piece in that same way that Noah experiences.
Meanwhile, Chapter 3's prologue felt... a lot more efficient, which I mean as both a compliment and a soft criticism. It did exactly what it needed to do, but at the same time, didn't have nearly the same kind of memorable "flavor" moments because everything was skinned right down to the bone to keep things moving at a brisk pace. So much of the characterization that you get for each of the four main girls doesn't come from spending time with each of them, but from connecting dots based on how they interact with one another around Leto as a group. I think the only one who really gets that same amount of time is Rose, since she has the benefit of the entire castle sequence all to herself before the others show up to start competing for the spotlight.
The dialogue is well-written and does quite a bit of heavy lifting to make it all work, but even so, the pacing of Chapter 3's prologue still felt longer to me even though it is quite a bit shorter. I think because it feels like it is so narrowly focused on getting through all of the necessary steps that it never really lingers anywhere, so it's much harder to forget that the "real game" hasn't started yet. Compared to Chapter 2, where I was barely even thinking about NTR by the time I was nearing the end of its opening act and was caught a little off-guard (in a good way!) when it started creeping back in.

It doesn't have "CG", by which I assume you mean the crude and outdated shareware models most games on this site use, but the sprites are a good deal more detailed and we've seen a couple of scenes were a cut in was used to show a more detailed, up close shot of the animation.
Does anyone know when the new update is coming on patreon? I read on a proof of life that it was gonna come around the 8th, that's why i'm asking.

Somebody asked for an ETA a few days ago on Patreon and N_Taii answered saying that he should be done with everything by Saturday evening but he's still waiting on artists for the commissioned art, so basically if the artists can finish by tomorrow then it's gonna be released sometime tomorrow, if not then it's probably either Sunday or Monday.
Thanks! i'll keep checking the patreon page then, i'm planing on subscribing on release day.
I'll have to retract my statement and say things should be ready for Sunday. I've worked hard, even skipped gym stayed inside all week, but it still took far longer than anticipated. Today, I've officially finished all the update's contents, I just need to test a few bits, write the walkthrough, add the scenes to the reminiscence room, add the saves, and finish the freeroams. Most stuff is pretty simple, it's just the freeroams which will most likely take me an entire day of work.
So, at the earliest, it will be out on Sunday. Most artists should be done by then, it's just one of them who's not 100% sure he'll be able to meet the deadline.

Ah, yes, my 2nd account where I like to hop on my own thread and theorize and make assumptions about my own game's story, sounds legit^^
Ain't nothing wrong with it though, quite the contrary, it'd just be silly if I was doing it myself.

I'm guessing there'll be no PoL this next Monday right ? Shame cause i was looking forward to PoL #200 on the 20th.
N_taii, I have a question. The extra scenes of the 20$ version are replayable in the reminisce room or otherwise? cause I'm debating whether or not to subscribe to that tier but I don't want to replay the whole game to see them.
They are, but you would need to load save number 100 provided in the game files with everything unlocked on it, otherwise they won't be accessible (you have to watch them once in-game to unlock them normally).
