"Death by Sudoku" is a well known joke about how people miss pronounce "seppuku" and instead use the word for the game

I was indeed just making a joke. After all, it took me seven years of university and almost 3 years in Japan, but I now know the difference between seppuku and sudoku! One is a period of Japan's History, and the other is a set of islands disputed between Japan and China.

The idea of a literal ritual suicide period of Japanese history is a... fun... one. A time period where every offence both major and minor result in seppuku. "Honey, I forgot to put the dog out and he crapped on the floor. I'll be in the den preparing the knife to disembowel myself. Would you like to be the second or shall we finally let our son have a chance at ensuring death via decapitation?"

You don't have to be much of a flatterer considering the update is going to drop for free anyway, just a bit later^^ Consider this, even if I were to release it now, you would just have to wait longer for the next one.

As for the Discord, I don't have one. Too much work, too much distraction, I'd rather focus solely on development : )

Yeah, the freeroam events really are a fantastic part of the game. It's just a shame there's no way to save them into the remembrance room. I think they're probably my favourite part of the games too. As I've said in the past I'm looking forward to the day where Leto wakes up to all four orbs glowing and they're all getting fucked.

This would be great because, for me, the city is too laggy to enjoy the freeroam events (potato pc).

It's true, with Joiplay and a decent phone you can play HC3 without problems.

I at least have a phone that can be considered lower mid-range and I can play HC3 with Joiplay without problem.

The only thing is that sometimes when there is a change of scene or map the screen goes black for about 3 or 5 seconds. I don't know if it's because of my phone or the Joiplay. Possibly it is because of the first one

Saves are already included in the game files from the dev, so you can start playing from any released update.

Also this is one of those games where the scenes don't have much impact if you're not playing the game. You also miss on a decent amount of content due to free roam.
