Does the forum have HC3 info on it? Might be a decent source for N_Taii to pick up a few new patreon supporters. Also "yankee sense", people say the dumbest things.

Here in the deep south a lot of people use "Yankee" as a slur to insult people, lol
"Yankee" is typically just a way to refer to Americans. If you're from the south it's a rude way to refer to people from the northern US, originally it specifically referred to people from New England and was not viewed by them as an insult. To non-Americans "yank" is simply a short hand way to refer to Americans similar to how Canadians are called Canucks. In Japan it originated in the 1800s in reference to the technologically industrious nature of the nation in comparison with the US. Eventually it was adapted to refer to the Japanese equivalent of the mid 20th century American greaser. I think it's still used to this day to refer to people who take on a more "punk" attitude in Japan.
She will get her own stuff eventually. There has already been some setup towards it during the ball scene where Leto is "formally introduced" to Rose, and then she goes to dance with him and then the Duke. Before that, you can talk to the guests, among whom Charlotte (the Triple Triad rival), before another dude shows up.
I won't reveal too much, but I just want to have something with her for the people who've played TT to the end (avoidable if you manage to win the last match), but I don't want to make it too important either not to upset people who don't want to play the mini-game.
I remember learning about the yankees from the Belgian comics "les tuniques bleues (the bluecoats)" I used to read as a kid, which takes place during the american civil war. Thanks for the explanation^^

I think as long as the scenes still unlock in the recollection room even if you didn't play the card game, then giving a bonus to those who did is still cool.
I know there are people who don't play the card game, I do it because as I said my intention is to finish the game 100% and something inside me told me that when I beat the last opponent of TT, something was going to happen, either with that character or with another one. So I think it's good that the scene with her is not so relevant for those who were not interested in playing TT.
But from the way you talk about the scene it seems that it will be something like an extra scene that can only be seen if you defeat all the opponents of TT, but you lose in the last game against her (although I imagine it will still be available in the save that has all scenes unlocked).
Also although it's too early to say and I don't think it will happen, she seems like one of those extra characters that will be in some of the endings. I remember that in HC2 in some endings there were some extra characters that I thought would not have so much importance.

Given the usual development time of roughly five weeks per update I'd wager we're probably looking at around another four weeks until the next update for patreon. So middle February for the next patreon update and then a month after that for the next public release.

If I played the whole game and only got the bonus scene by losing right at the end, I would be kinda annoyed. I dont want to throw the final match just get the sene.
Its an NTR game, I would rather it be something I can get by winning, but by winning I lose so to speak.
I understand you, the truth is a weird feeling that you get a reward for losing hahaha, but I guess that in the context that N_taii will planing for that girl's scene it will make sense.
This is NTR, after all, winning is losing, losing is winning. You don't have to look far in HC3 to see people doing the right thing and getting punished for it. Part of what makes the cucking so effective in HC3 is how Leto hasn't really fucked up yet. The only time you can truly say that he did the wrong thing was to not accept the promotion he was offered near the start because, even if he wasn't ready for it, taking it could have kept Cyanna safe from Ulrod.
I can't remember this but how would that have kept Cyanna safe?
I mean unless the duke wanted to make Leto the new commander after the old one was killed? But that would have been a huuge promotion. He would have at most gotten the same rank as Cyanna, wouldn't he? So Ulrod could still corrupt her since he would still have been both their superior.
My memory is telling me that Leto would have skipped right past Cyanna and taken the dead commander's rank. I could be misremembering that but I seem to recall the duke bringing Ulrod in from his own personal mercenary corps to take over the city guard specifically because Leto said no. So in the case that my memory is correct Ulrod would not have had the chance to directly pressure Cyanna the way he did. If my memory is incorrect and it was simply a promotion to rough parity with Cyanna then her burdens would have been split and Ulrod's chances of being able to use his power to manipulate and abuse her would have been significantly lowered because Leto would have been more present and involved in her day to day at work.
In the context of what I have in mind, it's still a lot easier to trigger the NTr by losing, honestly^^ I'll still make the scene unlockable in the gallery for those who want to win + see it.
I think Oriandu might have mixed things up a little bit, because I personally don't remember Leto being given any promotion at the beginning. Cyanna, on the other hand, was asked by her previous commander to join the Royal Guard from of the City Guard, but refused to be able to stay with Leto. This might be what he's referring to. Unless I don't remember parts of my own story, which could also be possible^^

I went back and checked but...i don't think so, i saw 1 thread about HC3 but it was just a guy saying how much he's looking forward to playing the whole game, it was made back in late 2022 so he must've only played the demo at the time.
From what i've seen i would say that 90% of the threads related to the Henteria series are about HC2.
People are either:
A) Leaving reviews and gushing over the game saying that this is god's gift to humanity.
B) They're either looking for translation or saying that they're translating the game by hand.

Another thing i noticed was that almost every thread that was created for HC2 was made in late 2022 or 2023, it's like they didn't even acknowledge it's existance until it was completed, which i kinda understand since most of the threads are about translation so it's natural that they would wait until it's finished but still, it's a bit weird that there's almost no mention of the game from before 2022.
Maybe the same thing will happen with HC3, they're gonna wait until it's finished and then start making threads asking for translations and leaving reviews. Which is also why i don't think N_Taii's gonna pick up new followers here, i don't know about you but i know that i wouldn't pay for a game where i can't understand a single word, however good the game might be.
