MC getting laid? Ew gross!
Leto getting tail might actually be an interesting twist. A common trope in NTR is the woman in the process of being stolen having sex with her original partner only to find that they've become accustomed to fucking all night long with their big dicked rapist. That's often the point where the woman goes from resisting and proclaiming her love for her original partner and begins to swap sides so to speak. If Rose felt guilty enough to have sex with Leto it would be a good twist for her to realize that not only was he unable to satisfy her but even if she broke free from the Duke he wouldn't be able to help her charge the Peacekeepers effectively. It'd be an effective NTR one two punch.

It IS a common thing in NTR games but i don't think it would work very well in this case, mostly because establishing the fact that Leto is terrible in bed would not only hurt the Happy ending to some degree, it would also completely destroy the Revenge ending, if N_Taii is planning on making the Revenge ending in a similar fashion as he did in HC2 that is.
Adding this negative trait for Leto at any point throughout the game would paint him as a loser and it would lock the game into a narrative where you can still add an ending where Leto defeats the bad guys, but it would feel so alien that the NTR ending would automatically become the True ending and everything else would be just a "What if..." ending.
Most games where this trope is present usually ends with the MC losing the girl no matter what, or even if there IS a happy ending, the only way you can reach it is by avoiding all the NTR stuff right from the beginning.
Can you imagine taking King Noah and his harem seriously if N_Taii would've added a scene where Noah has sex with Celis but it turns out his dick and his pinkie finger shares the same measurements ?
I mean, if we're being fair the good endings in HC1 and 2 were not exactly happy.
HC1 and 2 emasculates Casio and Noa almost as often as possible yet in both situations the game had satisfying revenge endings. Leto disappointing Rose once wouldn't necessarily mean he'd disappoint her later depending on how the endings go.

I mean sure, i guess you're kinda right, but the difference between the previous games and this hypothetical is that in those games it was the other characters who perceived the MC as a loser not us the players.
(I'm gonna switch to HC2 only cause Casio didn't really have much of a personality, and it's not as messy.)
I feel like the main reason why the Revenge ending was satisfying for most people was because Noah succeeded despite every character perceiving him as someone who is harmless and unreliable but you as a player had known that it was not the case from the beginning, so by proving them wrong you felt exacly what you described the Revenge ending as... a sense of satisfaction, like a movie where the identity of the killer is revealed to the viewer in the first few minutes and you reach the climax of the movie where everyone figures it out.
I feel like this could've been explained a lot better...especially without the rambling at the end, but i hope that it's at least somewhat digestable.

Based. Not to mention that would be really hot. This might give Rose the psychosexual push she needs to falling into the abyss of depravity. The most important thing here is to write it well. Especially the duke's manipulations and their effect on Rose, the beginning of her "side swap" in mind as you put it.
Why not? What does this have to do with his measurements?
And I agree with the previous commenter that Leto disappointing Rose once wouldn't necessarily mean he'd disappoint her later. People can be very surprising, especially if you put them in very unusual circumstances, you know.

I'm not saying that Leto disappointing Rose in bed once would mean that his fate is sealed and that it's game over for him, i'm just saying that making your MC inadequate in bed in these types of games is usually the final blow before total defeat and most of the time it is done in a way that the damage is irreparable.
Now i'm sure if N_Taii REALLY wanted to, he could make it so that Leto bounces back from this, but in my opinion no matter what you do, once you establish that your MC is terrible in bed to the point where the girl is like "nope, i'm going back to the fat guy, he knows how to fuck me properly", people who play the game are gonna think less of the MC, or expect less from him i guess is a better phrase.
I don't know about the players not perceiving the MCs of HC1 and 2 as losers is accurate. A major aspect of the story of HC1 is literally everyone using Casio's trusting nature against him, including moments where he practically cucks himself. He's made to look stupid almost as often as humanly possible. HC2 is worse since at no point do any of the characters except for the other cuck and a six year old boy ever really treat Noa well. The women in his life are using his safety as an excuse to get stuffed before there's even a reason to think he's somehow in over his head. We're shown Noa and Casio being losers on a regular basis and I don't honestly know if we're supposed to emphatize with or pity them. Regardless I don't know how anyone could finish HC1 and 2 without thinking their main characters are losers.
Leto is not like Noa and Casio. I know he's going to be taken down a peg or two at some point but as of now he's presented as a fairly intelligent, reasonable, level headed, young man with decent combat abilities and a trustworthy nature. Even if he's emasculated somewhat on the way to the ending he's still been presented as capable enough to actually deserve the revenge ending and to follow through on it. No matter how things go I think Leto is set up for a strong revenge ending.
Note that I don't necessarily want or expect Rose and Leto to smoosh, just that I can see how it might turn out that way and how it wouldn't necessarily be doom for his character.

Yes and no. N_Taii stated in the most recent PoL on his patreon that the next patreon updated should release for higher tier supporters this weekend with the second wave happening five days after the initial release. The next public release will be a month after the first release unless someone leaks the patreon build before then.

Proof Of Life #210: First Release Of Update 11 This Weekend
Heya ya lovely people, how is it going in this fine morning/afternoon/evening? It's started snowing over here, pretty heavily. Also, as expected last Monday, I got sick for most of last week, but nothing too serious.
So, over to development now: I've spent last week testing, polishing, working on the story, and adding the extra scene. Based on the current progress, I've decided against adding the beginning of the next main quest or Haylen's side-quest in this update, and instead will use any extra time to add maybe a few more freeroam events, a new Triple Trident opponent, and do some more polishing. There's also one extra story scene I need to implement to finish the current main quest which I had completely forgotten about.
Besides, cutting a bit on story content for this update will allow me to release it on time. The initial estimate was the 10th of February (this Saturday), and if everything goes well, the new update should be out either on Saturday or Sunday.
That's it! Going back to work now. I'll most likely see you in less than a week for the next release : )

Hopefully now that N_Taii has some "extra time" to work with, the Update can be released at a more reasonable hour tomorrow. You get an e-mail at 8pm saying that the Update is out and you're thinking "oh wow, long day at the office huh ?" but no, it IS 8pm but only for you cause you're in Europe, suddenly you remember that N_Taii is living in Japan and then you realise that this madman is dropping Updates at 3am on a random Tuesday.
Hard for me to judge the timing of releases. I live on the west coast of Canada and can honestly say I pay no attention whatsoever to Japanese time zones.
Just did a random sketch for u guys, maybe one day I'll start making a hentai rpg.
It's okay, I usually sleep late anyway. Right now, it's 4 am.
Also, Sunday is looking more likely for release. I could easily release it tomorrow, but I wanna put as many freeroams into this bad boy as I can,
Nice. Free roams are honestly one of the best things you do in these games.
Everyone gets something. Also, I'm trying to make them interactable with short dialogues and all so it takes longer to develop.
