I'm pretty sure the only time we heard about how the medallions work was when the Duke was explaining them to Rose, therefore we as players only know as much as the Duke wants Rose to know, which is the bare minimum. He could easily be lying about the whole "it only works when i'm around" part and it's just simply a medallion that charges up whenever something sexual is happening around it.
I was basing that on the last PoLs'. Generally speaking it can be added. As i said the duke doesn't seem to be one who would like to share but ultimately it's a porn game so if something is popular it simply will be changed. The duke may have lied when introducing the pendant.

I rolled a Nat20 on perception and i was able to figure out that the girl on the left in the small window is Cyanna who is probably having sex with someone (probably the same guy who was groping her in the previous PoL), and the girl on the right is Rose who is likely grinding on someone's crotch.

I was ready to cough up another 11 bucks as soon as he told me that the extra scene is gonna feature Rose and/or Cyanna, thankfully he's kind above anything else therefore i was spared from spending all that money.
For now our wallets are safe.... (Especially mine because I made the decision to let this update pass).
At least by that point we already would have gotten enough scenes with them normally. Also as the complete game nears, it isnt that bad to pay 20 bucks at the end for everything.
True, but also keep in mind that the extra scenes don't add anything to the main story of the game, they are just a kind of extra content (redundancy aside) that neither add nor subtract.
It hasn't happened yet, it's simply a possibility based on things the creator of the HC series has said here and in recent posts on his patreon he has made indications that Cyanna and Rose could be getting scenes with characters other than the duke and Ulrod in the next update. Not sure if I'd call that sharing so much as simple slutty behavior.
What's the problem? The women are already all engaging in sexual activities with characters who are not the main character as that is literally what the series is about, NTR is in the tags, so is corruption, and cheating should be. That's how it's been for HC1 and 2, and on top of that HC2 had sharing in it. Why would HC3 be different?
