What the other dude asked, what is this? I did a quick search and didn't find much. The most heartbreaking NTR i ever read is actually the most recent chapter of a series called "Proof of Life". Chapter 220 was released just a week ago and as i was reading this part i was literally holding back tears:
Idk what original topic of the argument is, but this is not really true. It's like rectangles and squares. Every square is a rectangle but not all rectangles are squares. NTR is almost always a form of corruption, but not all corruption is a form of NTR. Just take a lot of female main character games, where the mc becomes more of a sexual deviant as the game progresses. This in a lot of cases is not innately NTR, because it's not like there's a male figure who's getting cucked, just a lone female who become more depraved.Corruption without NTR don't exist, lol. And what you said is completely bs. Most games and stories with corruption contains ntr in one way or another. Even in Akabur's games, we have an option to let the heroines sleep with other dudes.
But keep coping.
Or just take a regular degular game with a male mc who convinces a wallflower female character to participate in lewd acts, thus corrupting them sexually. This isn't innately NTR either, because there often again isn't an adjacent male figure who's getting NTRed. Not all corruption has to even be sexual in nature, it can just be a thing of good nature vs. evil nature, though admittedly this tends to be a bit more rare/specific in the porn genre.
All you need for corruption is an initially pure/innocent/good/etc character who becomes the opposite, impure/sinful/evil/etc. The reason why most NTR is corruption. Doesn't immediately classify corruption as NTR, though.
Just imagine any Netorare game without the MC, or a person getting cucked/cheated on/betrayed/blah blah. If you remove them from the equation, now you no longer have a NTR game, but you still do have a corruption game.
