But seriously, it wouldn't be the first time we get updates exclusively for Rose/Cyanna. We even got updates with zero Rose/Cyanna content, only featuring Haylen/Lily.
Until update 5 at least Haylen got almost as much content as the two main girls. I had hopes it would stay that way, maybe because Haylen was so popular that N_Taii gave her more content as first planned.
But Cyanna/Rose are the two main girls, it's no surprise they have more scenes.
Last point i want to make, i believe N_Taii first works on the two main girls and once he's finished with them, uses the remaining time for the other two. So wait until the end of this month, i guess by then he will be able to estimate better what he can squeeze in and what not.

Oh it's definitely no surprise that Rose and Cyanna get the most content. But I would honestly rather their content slows by maybe one scene per update so that Lily and Haylen still get focus without having the just completely pause development on the main story to focus on them.

You should care. If there's too much Rose and Cyanna and not enough Lily and Haylen then at some point development will pause on Rose and Cyanna to focus exclusively on Lily and Haylen.

I think it gets 1 per update, so 7 or 8 extras scenes right now.

Since I create content on a "quest basis" for side characters, if I start working on either Haylen or Lily, it has to be an entire quest worth of content for them. Just adding one scene would be a bit complicated, or I'd just have to release an unfinished quest.

Nothing wrong with unfinished quests. HC3 is a WIP, unfinished content is kind of how it works until, well, it's finished.

Did I ever suggest jumping around? I'm of the mind that no game development of any kind should ever be started without the entire project already having been designed, written, and planned out from start to finish.

Then you interpret incorrectly because at no point did I ever suggest such a thing and there is absolutely no logical reason to make such an assumption.
