The renders are great the tenants look really nice, the sex scenes are good, that's been said.

the writing in this one killed the game for me, I should mention that (DD) genre is my favorite genre
and the innocent aspect of the tenants is one of the biggest components for my love of that genre
the dev made a choice to completely get rid of that aspect from his game, leaving me feeling like I'm playing a slut simulator

at some point, while trying to show me her lingerie, the more slutty she gets the more turn-off I get.
to the point that I lost all interest in her and the game,

maybe it's my fault, I should have made them to be just random girls,
I could have enjoyed the game then, maybe.

at the end of the day it's a good fap game
but if you are like me here for the (landlord tenants) relationships then you may be disappointed.

Wtf did i just play. If you are lookin for some kind of story build up just like the guy below me then you are at the wrong place. I get it you need story development and all but sometimes you need to look at it with different approach, i mean most of the games here trying prior, successful or not in doing so. Going through the gameplay i say it was very much intentional of the dev to adapt this approach. Renders are gorgeous, interactions were arousing to be honest and partner in crime to that was the way dialogues written, animations not so impressive which i feel they should work on. Definitely worth keeping an eye or two.

This is a fap-forward game. There's not much more to it. This review is of the V.0.0.14 version of the game.

I couldn't even play all the way through it. I gave it more time than I wanted to because I hate leaving a game unfinished. I just couldn't do it. The writing is fine, a tad try hard, but fine. The whole premise is just so porny, even for an Adult Visual Novel site. Normally there is a whole will-they-won't-they section where the sexual tension is allowed to build. That is completely absent from this game. The writer's idea of building sexual tension is for the girl to wear revealing clothes and make heaps of inuendos and suggestive gestures. Every girl the MC meets is tripping over his oozing sexual prowess and is helpless to not sleep with him. I had the sound off, but if I had it on I imagine that the music had to have been that base-forward 80's porn music.

The relationship structure is confusing and comical. We all know what landlord means by now, but the girls are coming from an orphanage and there is no incest tag on the game. So every inner monologue doesn't make any sense. "I shouldn't look at her like this, she's my guest!" is pretty much the summary of all conflict in this game, even though the premise of the game makes it pretty much impossible for guests to = family. That all being said, you can redefine the relationships but the girls are coming to the MC to rent a room so he's legitimately a landlord. At worst the MC is an old family friend and there's little taboo about that.

The visuals are average. The girls all have slightly strange faces that make me look at them a little too much in an effort to find out what's wrong with them. The MC is even worse, he is the most boyish-looking mid-40-year-old ever. I'm glad we don't see him much. Their personalities = "sexsexsexsex" for the girls and "I shouldn't want sex from an 18-year-old girl" from the MC. There is no depth at all. There are choices of being nice or be a complete dick, ie "That sounds nice" vs "I'd rather masturbate with sand paper".

If you just want a quick fap, fine. But there are better games. The sex scenes in this are slightly strange and, as I said before, something is just a little off with the girls that draws my attention away. Maybe I'm being harsh and this is meant to be a parody, all I can say for sure is those hours I spent on this game I will never get back.

The music is a dissonant, nonsensical ensemble of different genres spanning a century.

The writing style is so contrived, it fits so poorly to a story this simplistic, it feels like I'm reading the script of an episode of some inane puppet show for children, as if it were written by a horny Chaucer. With words like ardor and unscrutable that's not even a stretch, those are archaic words straight lifted from middle-english poetry. Then you keep repeating them instead of using synonyms as if you were proud to have discovered this strange exotic word, so you take every opportunity to use it, which would explain your reluctance to use normal words like 'excitement' or 'indecipherable' instead...

Then we get to the visuals... There is enough attention to detail that the characters blink and breathe... but then have clothes clip, have the main character stand right in front of a reflective surface without having the character model in the scene, so he's just a ghost, don't have the table set when the dialogue says it's set, and don't have the toilet lid up when someone's puking their guts out hunched over it. Maybe it's just personal preference, but I think wildly inconsistent scene staging ranging from low-effort to exceptional effort is worse than consistently average staging.

All in all this entire thing is so all over the place, elements deserving 1 star and elements deserving 5 stars just average out to 2.5, so I'm giving it a 3, because unlike other games that try to pretend they're more sophisticated than they are actually able to appear, this one is able, it just completely lacks consistency.

I hated this game...but for a very specific reason that may not apply to you, reading this.

The issue at hand: I write professionally as a novelist. Therefore, as I read the premise of this game, I was very excited to give it a shot. However, the grammar and word choice used by the Dev was so poor that it totally ripped me out of any sense of immersion I might have enjoyed. After about a half-hour of excruciatingly painful gameplay, I literally couldn’t take it anymore.

If that’s not a problem for you, you may really enjoy the game. The renders and sex scenes aren’t bad at all (though the plot is flimsier than dollar store toilet paper).

If you’re like me, however...this one isn’t for you.

The plot of this VN is pretty much in line with a cheesy 80's porno, which is really just saying - the plot is just there for filler to facilitate sex scenes.
The story and characters are about as deep as a kids coloring book.

Here is the thing with the games and VN's on F95 - sometimes you really want to get immersed in the characters and the story, other times you can be entertained with a MC that just goes around screwing everyone he sees.
This VN is the latter.

So whether you enjoy playing this VN really comes down to managing your expectations - if you play this expecting it to be some epic love story, then you will probably think it sucks and be disappointed. If you go into it with a light hearted mindset and don't try to overanalyze the plausibility of the plot, then it can be enjoyable.

I definitely wouldn't say I loved this VN, but i also didn't hate it.

Again just think - cheesy 80's porno. Even though the story didn't make sense and the acting was horrible, you still like watching them because you wanted to see a lot of hot women getting railed on. This VN has hot looking models getting railed on.

A very interesting game with good renders and great characters.

The author's attitude to the creation of the game and the constant desire to improve various aspects of it is very captivating.

The only drawback, for myself personally, is the lack of purpose for the MC in the plot, some kind of intrigue, and so on.
It's too early to judge, as these are only the first updates.

But now, the character does not need to fight and seduce girls, he has no problems, he does not strive for anything.
He just sits in the back seat of the car and enjoys the ride.

Although, perhaps for many, this will seem positive, since judging by the first updates, the trip promises to be very hot.

Really nice game.I liked the animations and models, I hope dev will continue down this path. There seems to be a lot of content for the early stage of the game so good work dev.
edit: got worse, sex scenes are boring plus story isnt that good too.

A paint-by-numbers totally-not-incest-honest-mr-patreon game.

You're living on your own wondering how to pay the mortgage on a house with too many bedrooms when out of the blue your totally-not-daughter turns up out of nowhere to rent a room, and immediately turns out to be a cock-starved slut desperate to jump you.

The next day her two absolutely-not-sisters show up to rent your other rooms, and guess what, they're cock-starved sluts desperate to jump you too.

The only potential amusement comes from refusing to reconfigure the character relationships from the defaults, so you get the main character agonising over whether it's right to want to fuck this legal adult who desperately wants him to fuck her, because she's his... house-guest?

Anyway, the writing is at least not painful, the plotting is "I am here to clean the pool" levels of porn, the girls' faces and posing regularly fall into the uncanny valley, and the animations look like someone banging together dolls that don't bend in all the right places.

It was OK for a laugh and a quick fap, but I can't really see myself downloading the next update.

This game looked kinda "meh" to me, based on the OP. But having played it, the dialogue , story, renders and lewds, turned out WAY better than expected. Dev delivers, and quickly.

I highly recommend a play through.

The game is just starting but I like the perspective of you being a landlord taking care of your house guests. This seems really promissing, hope this evolves into a great game. The models could be better and there's the lack of animations but i think that is coming in next updates
