I had a good, long tower run and bought a few perks afterwards like the receipt trader and the museum, but now every time I enter the city on a new game, I get an error and can only "ignore" which sends me right to the scroll teaching trainer. As soon as I leave I get the error-screen again. Everything else but quitting the game doesn't work. I reinstalled the game, it's still the same. I even played the tutorial again. Every time I start new and enter the city, the game basically stops working.
I could maybe reset my data, but I don't want to lose all my achievements and skill points.

Did you buy the Museum thing for 500pts? If so that caused problems for my game and I had to reset my data to fix it, and I still wont buy it.

If you have the cheat thing on that allows you to save and load I had the same issue where going into the city with the museum unlocked takes you to the trainer, removing it fixed it for me
1.35 is out. We need a hero again
If one were to want more of this kind of game, could the masses recommend similar games.

"Monster Girl Dreams" comes to mind for the Battle-Fuck Element and similar addiction mechanics (fetish levels in MGD). Tone is much lighter than HC 1/2.

Got left out - ouch haha. I actually made Keystroke to specifically have a Hero Corruption game that was less grindy and random. I really loved the concept of HC but had issue with the fact that there was basically no payoff to rising your corruption and it being risen wasn't a choice.
My other goal in a roguelike was to make the encounter variety go way up to make the replays not as tough.
I know typing isn't everyone's thing but if you play the online link, it will have the version which lets you bypass it entirely right at the beginning rather than the previous versions letting you after game over or victory.
I haven't tried HC2 in a long time but I'm waiting for it to be less grindy before jumping back in. From what I've heard a few months ago, it might be becoming even more so.

Yep HC2 is very sexy and all, but tbh the only way I can enjoy it is by cheating the points for character creation so my run can be as weak or OP as I want.
I've slept on Keystroke for a while, I gotta check it out again!

Well, if you're a more persistent player, you could also try News Desk.
I like it, but boy did I have to struggle through the first 15 minutes before it clicked.
And in much broader terms you might also enjoy these:
The Retreat (I like the premise, but be warned, that this has some M/M scenes - I'm not a fan of those, but I can tolerate them)
The Company (I backed that one for a bit)
Just One More Chance (I'm not a fan, but I see the appeal)
Corrupted Academy (I'm currently backing this one; there's no femdom, but you still have to use your brain and work your way up, if you will)

Thanks to everyone for the replies. i totally didnt make clear exactly what i am looking for. i thought i did, but after seeing the responses i must clarify my interests a bit....
Battlefuck is my preference. no male on male.
just male vs female. and female mostly wins.
also the ability to create OP males to have a dominant performance by the male too. flexibility is important. because if the female wins everytime that would get boring fast for me.
my ideal concept is two games combined like KINKY FIGHT CLUB and HC2...
take everything in HC2 combined with the option from KYFC to create multiple Heroes to battle the women. and an autobattle/sim mode... so i can see how far each hero can go...and then see if i can beat the record. thats fun to do.
HC2 is closest i can get to my preferences. its got lots of body types to battle from, petite, milfs, amazons, etc. i want more from HC2 and have had multiple discussions with DEV about autobattles. anyway thanks for reading and send more suggestions my way if any come to mind.
but i enjoyed HC1...DOM MANSION TOO... and fapocalypse... liked it , but having two windows during the sex battles was more confusing then anything.

fair enough. thanks for your efforts. i have been messing with these settings weekly. HC2 and Dom Mansion are best two i have seen so far.
after more games, i have come across FIGHT THE PRINCESS. and was left wanting so much more from that game. wow. that could have been better then HC2. but it missed.
