It's mentioned in the last event for Sera (can't remember whether or not it's mentioned in the rest). I'm assuming it's the same for all of them. Besides it wouldn't make much sense for you to be able to continue with the rest of the events since they all lead to the same "duel" albeit for different reasons. And that duel would have happened if you complete the events of any character.

Erin's path from the last update doesn't end with the challenge for the duel that Sera and Cecille's does or Elena's implies. Pretty sure it bypasses it entirely. At the very least it would make absolutely no sense given what happens in the Mars x Erin scene.
Have you not played the Erin/Mars path from the latest update cycle or something? It ends with Erin begging Mars not to reject him, Mars promising to protect him, Erin thinking "holy crackers", Mars telling Erin he's his, Erin agreeing to it, Erin agreeing that it's his job to be cute and kiss Mars's ass, Erin calling mars super hot, admitting he likes Mars more than girls with big titties, Mars apologizing for what he did to him and promising Erin he'll take responsibility and take care of him, Erin offering Mars his virginity, Mars breaking Erin's chastity cage, Mars getting mad at the girls for bullying Erin and locking him in chastity, Erin confessing his love and begging Mars to marry him, Mars forbidding Erin from self deprecating, Mars promising to pamper him and finally them making love before Erin calls him darling and falls asleep in his arms.

Even if my assumption is wrong that doesn't change the fact that there's no need for the duel on that path. Erin is completely loyal to Mars and Mars is completely dedicated to protecting him. The other paths also tell you there's going to be a duel, the Erin path only tells you there's going to be a time skip when you complete it.
