I currently don't have the time to check if there's a need an update. I know there's probably a lot of proof reading and one line of code that might have been fixed. Those wouldn't really need an update, though.

This is a "game issue" and not connected to the mod, but it actually shouldn't be there.
There's no "game/ep3htv.rpy" in v0.4.1 anymore. The file was renamed to ep3htv-1, to follow the file naming scheme.
Here are the content files ep1 - ep4:
You can try to delete the files "game/ep3htv.rpy" and "game/ep3htv.rpyc" manually, but I think there were some changes in "earlier" content, that might still cause bugs.
So, i would recommend a clean install into a separate folder and then try starting the game again.

Go to "mod/screens/" and delete the say.rpy and .rpyc
Edit: Story flags are the variables with impact on the story. Basically a choice that could causes some branching later on.

Since it's a beta, a huge chunk is still missing. The first choices already say "Not available in beta" and the collectibles in the freeroam seem to be missing as well.
The content of the first two episodes seem to be fine and I adjusted the changed content of episode 3 and added the episode 4 stuff that is in so far. Will need to test it though.
Testing shows a game breaking error with a character object being named "random" but Ren'Py expecting it to be a function... Just saw there's a quick fix out since a few minutes... Aaaaand back to the drawing board...

Edit: I removed the "show both scenes", since at least the one in episode 3 causes a loop back to that choice at the end of the update. If you want to see both scenes I recommend a save, watching the scene, then continuing with either the choice you want or I marked as "canon choice" and then change relationship scores as shown in the choices via the mod menu.
Am now zipping and uploading, should be up and ready to download in a few minutes.
Edit 2: Done; Remember to really start a new game, if you haven't already. There are some choices missing and if you want to play the "canon choices" only and that "major branch" at the Hero Guild was removed.
Edit 3: And remember, this is a beta. Content is not in yet and I can see collectibles in the freeroam that are not active yet etc. So, make a save or make a note which save is your save at the start of 0.4.2 (or at the first choice with the beta notice), to be able to restart from there without missing variables or points later on through an incomplete playthrough.
