How are people playing versions with Joanna and other characters? All I see is something saying "v1" with Alenia
The link in the original post is v1.0. For the most recent version, you have to look for the download link somewhere in the thread. I believe the most recent version is v1.12.3, you can try typing that in to the search bar.

To save you some time, here.

So there's no English version?

Been looking for Hero-route exploits... and failed. Based on the code, you need to lose to Elaine at least 3 times in order to get her to stop blocking the path to the capital. You need to lose to her 27 times to train up to your max LVL 10.
There are 2 potential exploits which ultimately don't pan out. 1st: the Food Truck you get when you accept your 1st quest from Chris, the mayor's son, becomes a party member. 2nd, the Guard you report to when you attempt to expose Dorisas the illicit Props House proprietor, can become a party member.
These exploits are ultimately useless. The game comes with a built-in infinite money and max lvl exploit... Just lose to Elaine many, many times. Sure, you can exploit the Food Truck and Guard party members to never be beaten by Elaine, Mel or even Joanna... and to only win against Elaine and Mel... but:
1: You MUST lose against Elaine to reach your full potential. The Fighting Tips you get from beating Elaine are NOT the Fighting Tips you get from loding to Elaine. The Fighting Tips you get from beating Elaine cannot be used to train with the Budokan master... only the loser Fighting Tips can be exchanged for training. They're literally different items.
2: Keeping either the Food Truck or the Guard as party members prevents you from important story arc advancements and power-ups. Keeping the Food Truck means never getting to face Fiona in combat. Keeping the Guard means never getting access to the Mithril Gloves and Western Armor.
3: The fights in this game involve an RPGM scripting feature called immortality, which means that your current HP has nothing to do with winning or losing a fight. This is entirely counter-intuitive to a combat-based RPG. As a dabbler in development, I'd like to restrict players to coming up with their strategies to win... either by an intended means or through holes in my own coding... giving them a sense of achievement... which suggests I code to prevent people from cheating by using save editors or decompiling the game files to change whatever they can. The former would be possible if the latter was impossible. What this means ultimately is that using "immortality" can result in bugs if you didn't cover all your bases as a dev. If you bring the Food Truck or the Guard alive into your first fight with Joanna... the fight cannot end. Ever. Except by Alt+F4. It's a soft-lock. MC will die only because being at 0HP or bringing Joanna to 0HP is coded to trigger that status. Food Truck and Guard? No. They can continue to fight with 0HP against an enemy at 0HP forever.

I mean... credit for making a game with no Hero route... but you may as well have made a branching VN with no soft-locks rather than a "game."

Oh... the flower-demon effect? Speak to the botanist who will give you the usable Key Item "Succubus Inhibitor" which will remove the effect and prevent re-effection the next time you try to poison her roots. The flower-demon can also sell you a cure which does NOT prevent re-effect.
