I was just wondering if there's any way to play; for example a Japanese hentai game on MacOS? I tried using CrossOver sometimes it works (maybe 30% of the time) but some of the best Japanese game on this website, cant run on CrossOver/Wine.

So I was just wondering if there's another way to do it rather than using wine/crossover

That depends on which game engine the game is built on.

• For RPG Maker MV games, you can try NW.js. There's already a tutorial for that on this site.
• For RPG Maker XP/VX/VX Ace games, you can try mkxp or mkxp-z. Tutorial.
• Ren'py games can be executed using Ren'Py SDK. Tutorial.
• It seems that it's impossible to play PC-only Unity games for now, unless you can find source files. If you somehow manage to find the original project files, you can export the game to macOS (There's a post mentioning this).
• Recently I found out that games packed in '.asar' files can also be ported to macOS. You can try NW.js or Electron for them. Just need to be careful with version compatibility.
