It's a language issue. Just switch to Russian and hit "Ignore" when you get errors. They won't ruin anything and you can still see all of the scenes, they'll just be in Russian. You can find Cecile at the bus stop (as you already saw) and at the mall later on. When you see her, just switch to Russian and stay in Russian until you get back to the bus stop after each scene. If you try to switch back to English in the middle a scene with Cecile, you'll get this error again.
Like someone already said, you can just create a "fonts" folder in "game", copy one of the "font" tff-files into it and rename the file to "gameplay". It worked for me. No need to switch to Russian.

Edit: The janky-ass solution above regarding "copy one of the "font" tff-files into it" worked. But yeah, game is kind of a buggy mess, the HUD listing the food and bathroom counters randomly disappear, no directions/quest log that I can find, gallery exists but is weird about showing stuff, etc.

But that's why I already said several times: A full savegame isn't really worth it since you will miss a lot of scenes.

You can also just click on the money icon and you get instantly 1000 $.
Her score get stuck after the pigtail option doesn't give you anymore love. The robber will reset love so that you can spam the pigtail option to increase score.
