Hello, I'm looking for this average game where there's this country / island where everything is fine, but one day the mayor got stormed in his meeting and had to pay ransom to this terrorist group, so the country's treasury is depleted. The mayor had to drop the funding / defund the police due to this and / or raise the taxes, this could be 2 different games.
Fast forward, the whole city becomes infested with bandits with all the shops closing down, we have to cross the different places / towns to find the mayor on behalf of the police, forgot what the name was haha
