Hi I want to know if there's a way that a I can follow a dev o a game to be notificated when the is update

For getting notified about game update:

The forums/website on the one hand and "Latest Updates" on the other hand are two different things, interaction between the two is limited, so one may have to do things twice, independent of each other.
To exclude tags permanently with the Latest Updates search:
exclude those tags (click the funnel symbol top right, scroll down a little to "Exclude tags")
Bookmark the result as webbrowser bookmark, in future to go to Latest Updates use the bookmark, and all them tags will be in the exclude already.
There are also some userscripts that can provide such function (and some more), but you would need to have userscript extension installed into your webbrowser.
One of them is Latest Update Saver by Mr.Momo

There may be more, I have not used any of these myself.

To ignore tags within the forum, there is also a way, I think, but never used it - so ...
I think it starts with ignoring a game that has tag in question, then there will be a popup "are you sure?" and "also ignore games having these tags". Check the box for tag in question, that's it.
You can then find your ignored-in-forums tags in your account settings:

as said, "Latest Updates" is a thing of its own, so the tags you see ignored in this list do not affect Latest Updates.
