Control the enviroment.. MDRG has one of those l2d (i don't think it is but i dunno the term) where there isn't a set position or animation, it's fully animated and you control all the movements
For interactivity, I love eratohoTW's text based actions, and Lillith's throne is similar (a little more in depth) in that (the sex is cute, but i don't like the game itself cause it errs way too far into unwholesomeness).
I dunno any more off the top of my head, but check out my list for some recommendations! Especially if you're new here (or new to adult games), my list should be a safe place to start as it has no unwholesome content & no hardcore/extreme content

there is also midnight paradise, it doesn't give you the same level of control but you can switch positions during sex to see different animations, the mod allows you to see all of them if I remember correctly.
