Its tough. I think the reason we don't get many POV shifts in JAV is due to the focus being on the main actress. The Japanese treat them as idols and they take their idol business very seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if works where the girl wasn't mainly on frame don't sell as well. Like you said, it also doesn't help that official sites have no hidden sex tag. Shit, not even this website has one, despite the gaining interest I see from the NTR thread for example. I've only had some success due to my shitty Japanese.

NTR Gravure Idol Wife is a game, the art direction was.... a choice. Plot wise it was really good, feels like it was using a similar script to these
at least for the first part of the game. Unity VN tho with a lot of backtracking which is just painful.

- An NTR Type B corruption story.
- MC is oblivious of the NTR for the most part: you get to choose at ~mid-game whether you'd like it to stay that way.
- Only pixel graphics though But for me, the narration kind of backed it up. I have played a bit of Henteria Chronicles: this game is subpar in all aspects, but it was still able to scratch my mystery NTR itch.
- Plot and character-wise, it's average. This is jRPG NTR, so don't expect much. The fact that it's a mystery NTR puts the bar even lower in that regard.
- No translation currently, but you can get a barely okay-ish one with MTool: from my point of view, Llama3 Mod and ChatGPT 3.5 provided MTL poetry of the same quality. English is not my native language, so I was able to get the idea without bothering too much with poor grammar or weird sentences.
You'll have to lower the font size though, because of notoriously good text compressing nature of logographic languages (this game is on Chinese). Often, characters will say something using very small letters, simulating muttering or thinking. I'd not try bothering with it: while it may be exciting to know everything, it's kind of implied that the MC should not. Just make the font size low enough to see anything that comes in the main text box and you'll be good to go. - Only cuck-kun POV, but you get to see full scenes throughout the game.
- Multiple routes: cuckold, a kind of reverse NTR where you can become a master fucker by training with the bull's girl (he was the one who plotted it, and I'm not sure if he'd care that you outplayed him, as I haven't played that route); probably there's also a swinging/swapping route (which would have been hilarious, considering that the bull has NTRed some other guy to make the second female character his brainwashed fleshlight).
- A long-ass game that will require multiple hours to complete just one route. Mine took about 10. Although, a major time sink is the Magnifying Glass mechanic: there is no requirement of using it, but there are some rewards in terms of additional scenes for doing so. The mechanic itself is cumbersome, making it somewhat similar to trying to find a needle in a haystack. I think it can be safely disregarded if you are not a completionist.
- No battles, no RPG. Just wandering around one map doing the daily routine and a few fetch quests. Does not feel like a chore, I would say, because each day unlocks new scenes.
- The NTR and the corruption buildup are decent, although the game might feel like it's dragging it a lot by the late phase. I mean, the MC's gf becomes the bull's fucktoy at around 2/3 of the game, and I had already been running on empty dopamine at that point. Perhaps, it's because the game also shows you what's happening/happened behind, revealing the mystery for you but not for the MC.
- Going through all the routes can be complicated, as there is no walkthrough. The choices you make affect the game's variables which, in turn, affect what scenes you get to see. I think it looks more complicated than it really is, as, ultimately, it appear to boil down to the affection stats the females have for the MC and the bull, i.e. no matter what scenes you get, there is still a finite amount of endings, i.e. love / misery / ?swapping?.
- For lovers of volcel NTR, where you try to avoid any pussy contact whatsoever: don't let the initial premise of the game put you off. While you need to cheat on your gf with the bull's girl in order to make way for the bull, you can do that in a half-assed manner by allowing her to just jerk the MC off. By the mid-game, you'll be able to forgo "training" sessions by going straight to the bed instead. That choice also makes a difference of what scene you'll be able to see at night.

I'm not sure if this would fit on your behind the curtain criteria but I recommend these games:
Maya's Mission (Ongoing) - There is a gameplay mechanic in this game in which you can track the heroine and check on her on what she's doing. You don't see much, but the implications show that she is doing sexual acts behind the scenes.
A small part of Armored Suit Solgante (Completed) - While you are fighting enemies, your wife is performing sexual acts while you're on a video call with her.
Marnie game (Ongoing) - There's really not much gameplay on this game, you go out to train, you go back to the back of your house and peek on the hole to see Marnie doing sexual acts with Machamp or Mudsdale.
Her fall in the last days (Ongoing) - Set during a zombie apocalypse, you're teamed with your wife and Inoshita, there are some behind the scenes stuff happening whenever you and your wife accidentally split up from the 3 of you.
The Queen who adopted a goblin (Completed) - You play as the queen's son, whenever you make a certain choice you can peek on your mom and check on what she's doing. There's also the Queen's POV later on in the game but I really prefer peeking myself.
Let me know if these games fit your criteria, if so I can recommend more games.
From this game i guess the Queen who adopted a goblin was more to my taste. The animations were somewhat simple but decent.

The demo was interesting and the truth is that the game looks fun. I'm going to wait for the development to progress a bit more before playing it again.
the scenarios are interesting but the true randomness. makes them anoying to find. there is no way to make a specific event happen. this is a fault of all the headpat games. I remember getting pissed because the dancer game I could not unlock one the the scenes, it simply did not ramdomly happened.
