Use ComfyUI. You should be able to run most models on your local machine even if you have an older graphics card.
It looks complicated but it really isn't. Just connecting boxes to make workflows. You should be able to produce basic images in under an hour if you follow one of the intro tutorials on youtube
There are hundreds of models on civitai. It's hard to choose but pony diffusion based ones seem to be popular with the NSFW crowd. Filter by base model on civitai
Once you have a basic workflow and a base model you like you can then fine tune the output with one of many LORAs that tweak the output towards a specific style. Filter by LORA on civitai

I have been recommended this AI, but it seems that it only works with NVIDIA graphics and I have AMD hahaha, or at least that's what I have been told

I'm really liking this kind of NTR games with the phone, although I feel that they are missing something, I don't know, I think they still have a potential that no dev has managed to reach or find.
I thinks thats having a part of the game, some sequences, outside the screen/phone screen. Would helps, but thats something hard to add.
I don't know if that's it, and I don't know how well such a mechanic would work in that kind of game since the main idea is to see everything through the phone.

A good one. Zero buildup however. But you can keep the mystery going nicely if you don't read her journal. I like the little pictograms when she does something. Engages my fucked up ntr brain. And as usual when I look up what actually happened in the journal it's a let down.

Yes, thats definitly something who can be added to the list. In game "status updates" where fun, but i missed the "next to husband", behind the doors, curtains actions. So, this is not one of my favorite.
Thats one i downloaded, but never started, i think i will try it.
Edit : i think i know why i haven't try it. The husband is just missing and u play as the female as protag and can corrupt her ? So no behind his back/next room/hidden actions ? If not, i will probably pass

Scatach is pretty damn good for hidden NTR. Shame its only MTL as it deserves a proper tranlation. Looking forward to SaO now since that is supposed to be even better.
I liked, but from Fujino, NTR Online is just 2 good. And also the "communications" from Solgate are for me the best. I think thats the 4 biggests things thats made me into Hidden NTR games are ;
- Infirmary scene from NTR Online
- Communications in Solgate
- The "cheating roleplay phone call" in King of Summer
- Bodypaint scene from RaiOhGar

Solgate was better programmed andhad better art but it was inferior to it's predecessor, RaiOhGar, in every other way.
Three routes were a slog considering you had to replay huge chunks and the comms section was only predominant in one, a little bit at the end in the second, and completely missing from the third. In RaiOhGar I would save and load so I could play every mission at every level of corruption and not feel bored at all, in Solgate you end up just wanting the game to end from all the shitty missions. They could have had all the routes run simultaneously and only choose an end near the end like RaiOhGar and it would have been so much better.
Plus no costume advancement as corruption continues and no side scenes from npcs. It felt really stripped down but also padded out.
I must replay RaiOhGar and check out differents mission for communications logs then. U got a save to share ?

I remember this having at least a few scenes where she goes for a medical examination and the husband would be present, behind a curtain, while she gets railed.
Mostly minor variations on dialog but she does do different things in deferent levels with different corruption. Just doesn't have very many variations on the art between levels. Lots of recycling art but different scenarios, not every level has the same art but you will see overlap. That is most of what I was hoping from Solgante, adding unique art to all the variations.
