Hey

I would like to make a side project where the MC wakes up in a rather lewd anthropomorphic world and where the goal is to create a harem that consist of members of every tier.

But I need at least one animal that fit the description of

Tiers:
1.) Very Dominant (Like a lion)
2.) Dominant
3.) Neutral
4.) Submissive
5.) Very submissve (Like a loyal dog)

I'm not grumpy, I'm just coded that way.

I think you have the wrong idea about dogs.

A dogs loyalty doesn't make it submissive, it makes it friendly. Piss that dog off and see just how submissive they are. Only certain breeds won't tear your throat out.
Agreed and to add to that point, dogs are all about the hierarchy, my doggo is loyal to me and listens to my orders but that doesn't stop him from trying to establish dominance over others. In fact, he knows my brother is an easy mark and always manages to get treats from him and he pushes his luck with me on occasion too (but I remind him that I am boss).

1. Big carnivore, sharks, tigers, bears, wolves etc.
2. Big herbivores, giraffes, elephants, moose, horses, gorillas, hippos, pandas, boars
3. Smaller carnivores, cats, owls, hawks, the mustelidae, octopi, foxes, dolphins
4. Smaller herbivores, deer fawns, monkeys, sloths, antelopes, llamas, jellyfish
5. Small critters, bunnies, mice, fish, birds
This is pretty much the only answer

The wonderful thing about furry is that you don't need to feel tied to how animals actually behave in the real world. Or you can be as tied to those relationships as you like.

Bloodthirsty dom cannibal warmonger sadist earthworms? Nobody is going to stop you. Or go ahead and populate each tier with different fantasy rabbits.

Now, you wouldn't be taking advantage of furries who're strongly into the predator/prey ideas or whatever, but the game'll live and die on the porn, the gameplay, and the writing.

Anyhow, to actually (halfway) answer the question, as others have kinda indicated, I think the food chain's a pretty good surrogate for typical furry concepts of the dom/sub relationship. Furries also love to be contrary, though, so you'll see plenty of girly submissive wolves and overbearing dominant ruminants out there, too.

Tiers:
1.) Very Dominant: Honey Badger (Lions? These things are 10% of their size and don't hesitate to go 1v3 against lions - or anything else for that matter)
2.) Dominant: Hippo (hippos are much more dangerous than lions)
3.) Neutral: Cat (cats are evil by nature, but are too small to really do anything about it)
4.) Submissive: Dog (cause dogs are mostly submissive, however they will rebel if you mistreat them)
5.) Very submissve: Bunny (bunnies used to be evil, but their leader was slain in "monthy python and the holy grail", so now only the weakest of their race remains)

Social animals like dogs/wolves could fit anywhere, since they have hierarchies whether they're submissive or dominant to you depends on who between the two is the alpha (ie. if you have pets, show some authority, don't be your dog's bitch)

Other than that:

1)Very dominant: eusocial insects like ants/bees, only the queen mates, males (and everyone else really) are her slaves, workers may help in subduing the male and "milking" him; or if you want something more "out there"; species with in which females are vastly physically superior (example: the anglerfish is so femdom that while the female is nightmare fuel monsterfish from hell, the male is literally just a pathetic sperm sack stuck to her side).

2)Dominant: Spiders (come on, web bondage), praying mantis, most animals considered "dangerous" to humans (snakes, large felines/canines, so on)

3)Boring Neutral: I just see "neutral" as "anything you can't place in the other categories"

4)Submissive: Most house pets, a horse (something about mounting and "their place is below the human"), animals known for prolific breeding like rabbits/rodents (want a strong male to take them)

5)Very submissive: cattle would go to the slaughterhouse on command, sounds pretty submissive to me, small critters whose usual reaction to humans is run away or curl up into a ball (think hedgehogs)
