High gpu unity games

my pc is burning playing any unity game it goes like 100% my gpu is gtx 1660 can you help tyy

are u sure its gpu that is working and not the cpu?

okay i fixed with frame rate limiter at 46 fps with use 46 off gpu

and he goes up dont know why (
