The goal from here is to avoid detection from the succubus and navigate yourself out of there. If you got within their range they'd chase you and if you got caught a very high quality pixel animation would cut in of them trying to make you cum in whatever way, you'd need to mash buttons to get out before you lose your lives and get an ending scene with them.
