I can imagine you, the developer, are trying to increase the popularity of the game. Obviously a natural action but I don't think a survey like the one you had, will help you much in the matter. People are diverse in their taste and kinks and first and foremost are selfish and generally less tolerant in regard to their kinks.
Consider your existing player base. They are supporting you because something in your game is interesting to them and probably want more of the same and of course, the continuation of the story. I think this is where you want to focus most of the work.

I'd rather have you keep your original ideas and grow that in a way that feels natural to the setting. Maintain the light humor atmosphere in the game.

Make sure the MC is presented with situations where he can lose something important; that will keep the players interested in maintaining whatever they already achieved while working towards the next goal in the game.

Thank you very much for your opinion, believe me we listen to as many as we can.
The purpose of the survey is to see what the players want, and wish to see, sometimes we have an idea that we want to implement, and within the survey this idea is hidden, an example of this is that, many players have asked us pregnant women, which is very difficult for us to include, but if it is a very popular opinion, we would look for a way to introduce it, so we included this kink (and other equaly requested la NTR, Gay and others), to see how popular it is to consider implementing it or discard it. They are parameters that help us create stories, see which characters people like to give them more stories, and which ones we should leave aside.
Another exaple of this is that, in the new update, we were considering adding a new minigame, but seeing that it is clear that players do not enjoy them, we ruled it out.
The survey helps us dictate parameters to move forward, but without leaving aside the opinion that matters most to us, the players.
As we had mentioned previously, this version will have updates to two of our characters, the first is Emma, who really deserved an update, being one of our oldest and most popular characters.
Since we started the game, we always visualized Emma's story as we developed it in the update, since we introduce her in version 0.03, we had her story defined, and once you play this version, you will understand why we had to give priority to other characters before getting to hers, this is the same reason, her history is a bit long.
The other character we gave an update to is Elizabeth (aka. Lizzie) who is a relatively new character, but we can't just give some peaceful times to our hero, we had to add a little drama to the story, to make it a little juicier.
We hope that you like the story that we have been developing; we are currently working on the script for the following update, which we hope will be ready by early June.

I am not a fan of cheating, can someone clarify something for me? The game starts with he protagonist apparently having a GF, but he moved away, so I guess long distance relationship? I don't really feel like playing if she is not in the game while protagonist would be cheating if he gets with other girls. Does she breakup with him or cheats on him early on setting him free? Or maybe she is one of those cuckqueens that is chill with him getting together with other girls?

Did you read the changelog on OP? This new update is the first time we actually get to see the old GF and the ingame test explains all about it. You as MC get to decide what to do with it all, just takes some carefull reading and saves at the right times in case you want to change a decision/outcome.
The ingame guide on what to do next, to reach content, is pretty accurate and good, so the game isn't that complicated, can appear a bit grindy at first, but has a more realistic feel to it.. for example getting and keeping fit, as fitness level decrease slightly if you don't train any more.. and fitness level is needed for certain scenes.. so you have to find a balance during your days of the week for everything and that's the main challenge as a player. When to train, work, date, etc etc...
If you go for achievements, there's 2 different for the MC parrent's, one for calling them a lot for "help" which is a free boost early on.. and one for not calling and hence be grown up and independend. You can get both as I recall, by first using the phone for extra cash and energy boost many days in a row, and after story is set up to earn ya own keep, stop asking for their help from then on.. this is the time where finding your game balance becomes more challenging
As for your cheating question: You get to decide what you feel comfortable with and the consequences of such decisions should also feel rather logical. It is a "porn" game after all and most players would like a Harem, but it is possible to be "the good guy" and miss out on harem options, hence the "save" before big decisions.
As for NTR concerns: So far I've not spotted any NTR with other males. Some girls fool around with other girls, but that can just lead to the MC to fool around with both and get 3somes, which I think most players would just find extra hot!
Edit: As far as I understand it, regaring the "ex-girlfriend" MC thought she broke up, she thought it was just a break, she shows up, wan't to get back togther, find out he is seeing others, wants a chance, get's the chance if MC wants to. MC get's to decide what to do with it all.
She isn't a Cockqueen who is cool with him sleeping around with everything that moves, most of the females arn't, but this game gives the option to do it anyways and that's part of the fun.. for some/most of us anyways

Why are we just dating Frida and Ginger? Why not take other girls out on dates also instead of just those two? I mean there are other girls in this game aren't there? It's not just them we are having sex with either. I have been waiting for this to change with each update but instead we get more dating with Frida and Ginger and new girls added that we cant even take out on dates even the older girls that have been in the game longer. I even want to take a MILF out to dinner but no progress on those MILFS in any new update in a while. Would be nice to get more MILFS in the game like Ginger's mom for example. The ones we do have in the game have either little to no progress while other new characters are being added.

There is some with the Principal but her content has not been updated in ages.

The only thing I dislike is that the game does not account for you declining sex. Every time I pick an option to decline sex the follow up dialogue always references the past as if the sex happened, this happened with both of Chloe's friends and with Frida. I think the game doesn't account at all that the player can ever decline.
