At the moment, (from NPCs) I like: 1-2 Pat (Patricia) and Yvette, 3 Professor Finn. I'm looking forward to content with them. In 4th place Gina.

Yes, you can. It's basically the "flavour" of the scenes. Romance will lead to more grounded and tame scenes. Lust will lead to more adventurous ones.
