Because there are other toys for this kind of fun. Lucy gave one of these to her sister for her birthday. Emma and Kayla saw this toy in a box. Maybe Emma should ask her aunt to give her one too?

You keep referring to MC as Lucy's boyfriend, yet in many people's playthroughs, it's Charlotte or Kaylah, or people waiting for a chance at Suzi, Emma or Selena (or they have multiple playthroughs).
Emma's going to feel pretty stupid saying your boyfriend to Lucy if she doesn't have one.
