The choice is for you to turn them down if you're committed to your chosen LI, or go with them if you want to no longer be committed to your chosen LI. The monogamy aspect of the game is that you can't commit to more than one LI. Charlotte, for example, would never be able to be written in a way in which she'd share you if on her path. And to rewrite her to where she would, would invalidate the entire game to that point. It takes her what... 14 chapters before she openly admits to being interested in the MC, and the best we've done so far is massage her feet and cuddle in the limo. But wow, I think she has the right kind of possessiveness in her, if you are on her path and when the three run into Fox.
Same with Lucy, I don't get the vibes from her that she'd want to "lose out" on the MC deep down. She's always lost out to Charlotte and everyone else around her, but I could be wrong.
Emma's LI path, I also don't really see a believable way to write her where she'd be happy to have you galivanting around.
I do hope that Kaylah gets a path, as she's a fantastic well done character. Naive to the modeling world but not as frustratingly naive, at times, as Emma. I don't anticipate there will, but it'd be a great way to move into a sequel now that the MC is going in fully aware of what Hillside is really like.

Too many games you can just coast through and pick options and end up 'happily ever after' with everyone happy and dancing off into the sunset holding hands and in love.Sharing is possible. On the Charlotte path, Lucy has a LOT of really sad scenes, as you have to turn her down multiple times. How she always loses out to Charlotte and everyone else around her. But once the MC starts to affect Charlotte for the better, Lucy openly admits to herself and Charlotte that the MC is bringing her back to her old self and how happy Charlotte looks to be. Lucy resolves to make it work for the MC and Charlotte. Same with Emma, where she wants MC to be her Dad and for them all to be a family.
Suzi will be interesting to see how that goes, as you can only get 2 points towards her, with lots of chances for negative points. So she'll need some concerted effort in the upcoming scenes to improve her status.
I didn't come across any chance to romance multiple LIs. Sure you can get with Kaylah and Fox, but as side interests will that have an effect on the LI options going forward? Kaylah always tells Charlotte if MC accepted or declined to get into a sexual relationship.
Or did I miss getting multiple LIs? Once I've 'locked into' a path it only goes down that route.

"Being happy that someone else is happy" and "being happy yourself" are two different states. As we say in Odesa. Besides, I am unhappy myself that by giving preference to one person, I make another person suffer. Especially considering the fact that I can make both of them happy. It's all the fault of selfishness and competition.

If you're being serious and not trolling, I would suggest you're playing the game wrong then. Monogamy is the only way the game works, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Sounds like you just can't say "no" (understandable, perhaps), but that's not how things work.
I'm serious. And what would you do? Would you help Suzy with her problem with the photographer? Or would you spit on Emma's bullying? The reaction of both girls is natural: they fall in love with you. And that's when you have to choose. And make someone unhappy.
