The MC would have to move out probably get fired and Charlotte probably would end up dead as the MC wouldn't be there to protect her. So yeah even a manwhore playstyle would make zero sense.

hard disagree , as far as I can recall. Steve mentioned how the MC has been alone since Emma ( the model) died. So given he been depressed and lonely makes even less sense to me for him to go into manwhore mode all of a sudden. Especially because he is shown to be a kind and respectable guy not every male needs to be a psychopath or manwhore in this game.
And being the almost opposite of a manwhore (especially if on Charlotte or Emma path), makes a great juxtaposition that allows the story to be so outstanding and why we are all so invested.
I don’t see how it’d fit the story at all. The MC’s job depends on the women trusting him, and if he’s merrily sticking his cock into every open hole he finds, they can’t trust him. They’re always gonna suspect that’s his motive: save the girl from the bad guys, but so he can fuck her instead of them.
There really is no trust for men by any of the 4. MC cannot even give the hint of being a manwhore for it all to crumble. We've already seen a couple of misunderstandings, that were almost a disaster.

Yeah Emma isn't for me either not even sure if i'll ever play her path maybe one day for curiosity but I wont enjoy it. I cant romance LI that act too childish like Emma or looks like one (loli's) makes me to damn uncomfortable. Was Emma locked the whole her life? - NO, she went to school/college, had few friends (at least from what I remember, I played it long ago) and yet while looking pretty mature, mentally she is probably on a level of 12th year kid most of the times, yeah, she has her moments here and there, but only on a very rare occasions, and that's why I don't consider her as a LI in this game, cause it feels like I am gonna corrupt and take advantage of a child, which makes me feel uncomfortable. maybe it will change in future, who knows.

I've never looked at her like an LI (yes, I do realize she is one), and I doubt I will ever play her romance path. I've only ever seen her as a child that I want to protect, like a daughter. So for me (and I know everyone is different), she fits perfectly, and I was really excited when she called MC dad. I know others want to play Emma romance and that's fine, if everyone liked the same thing AVNs would be very boring.
