No. It is possible in the future for MC to have a romantic relationship with her and maybe her sister or aunt, the thing is that he is the first man to enter their house and be around her and he takes care of her, so she started seeing her father in him, but that will change (if she takes her Path, of course).

I always marry Serana whenever I play a Skyrim run thanks to that mod. Her and Inigo are an awesome team together, especially since they're both essential

Unfortunately Inigo is a follower mod and the best, but not the work of the Bethesda developers. Although Bethesda can create such companions herself with Serana, she is a great follower with good dialogues giving the player the feeling of a well written credible character in the game. But mostly the followers are very one dimensional. Lydia is the best example. Always stands in the way and when you see enemies, you can forget about a sneak attack with her, because she runs around like the elephant in a porcelain shop and attacks everyone immediately.
