Unfortunately, I think this is right. He's gonna say something that clues her into what everyone else has been saying about Zak. She will refuse him, per Lucy's advice, and he will not take no for an answer.

I'm thinking he tries to push and/or rape her, she escapes, calls the MC, and I believe that's what starts the downfall of Zak and the actual LOVE route for Emma.

Just my opinion, but I think that's where it's going to go with the next update.

The greatest? I doubt on this. But it could come close. The biggest meltdowns i have noticed here in the last years where the nice little BBQ we had in Acting Lessons and the "Hatched Body Spray" incident in Chasing Sunsets chapter one.

Maybe some will find it disgusting me saying this, but to be honest, Emma is so naive and she forgot really fast how Zak fucked her friend on that party, that maybe she deserves to get fucked by him and after that Zack completely forgets about her even existing, and avoids her after getting whathe wanted.
I like her and want to see her get physically closer to the MC, but bro she can really act immature and naive at times, maybe that act by Zack will make her wake up.

I hope it doesn't happen for her that way, but like you said, it might not be a bad thing for her. It'll be bad for the players though, especially if DB shows it, and he's rough with her.

I've had my share of very emotional moments in VNs recently, and I hope that I (and we) don't have that kind of moment here.

That's exactly what happens when you're in love, your vision is blurred and no matter what other people tell you, you just see what you want to see.

Obviously Charlotte is partially responsible here. Emma was raised inside a bubble that Charlotte created to protect her and now we can see the consequences, although probably most of us would've done the same in we had been through was she's been through.

But yes, maybe Emma needs to learn about Zack the hard way even if it's just a little bit. I'm not saying he should be able to fuck/rape her but maybe a bit of humiliation in front of other guys/girls in that party would be enough for Emma to wake up from her dream and get back to the real world, the world of the adults.

It can only be good for the character developement of Emma to lose her v-card to Zak, atm DB has trapped her in such a deep rabbithole that DB would have to pull off a stunt of almost biblical proportions in order to make the act halfway believable again.
I'm no friend of NTR and i'm absolutely sure that the anti-ntr army would be happy to crucify me on the spot with growing enthusiasm, but even with - let's call it - plotarmor and pornlogic it's hard to get out of the act without looking ridiculous.

I sure as hell don't want to see it either. I avoid games with anything like that. I turn my head always during the Charlotte flashback scenes too because I just can't deal with them. I don't know how I would feel actually seeing Emma lose it, I'd probably not play the game for a little while. I don't know.

I don't want to read about it either if it's just a scene with dialogue. Reading/hearing is sometimes worse than seeing.

I mean, DB can do what he wants; his game, his story, and I'm speaking for myself for not wanting to see anything like that in this game.

One of the scariest TV shows to me personally, that I've watched, is Mindhunter, for two reasons, one, because most of the stuff in there really happened, and the second and most aggravating reason between the two, is that they don't show us viewers anything, they just tell us, so my imagination starts going wild and it goes to really dark and scary places...


I don't mind NTR if it's done well and has purpose, but if you get that emotional just turn off the game even before you see it.

Well, it's hard to say how much we're going to see from Charlotte's rape event and, in this case, how far the Emma/Zak plot is going to get into the dark side. Personally I agree with you even though I'd rather not see it but I guess all depends on where DB has decided to stop Zak:

• Before he can hurt Emma at all, if she runs away after being humiliated during the party (best case scenario, although it would be a stupid move from Zak based on his plan).
• After the party, if he tries for force her into having sex. He might actually deflower her but that would be again a wrong move if we see his plan. If he's as smart as he things he is, he should take his time with Emma in order to reach Charlotte, but it looks like he's too obsessed and is going to use the wrong strategy (the render is self-explanatory.. once she leaves the party crying, Zak's plan is over).
• When he's just a step away from actually fucking Charlotte (with her already drunk and partially naked and with Zak preparing the camera). That would be the best case scenario for him, but from the player's perspective, the MC should be back just in time to stop him after having been talking with the detective. Here is where the MC would crash him just a moment before he could rape Charlotte.

Think back to the Birthday party, she knew exactly what they were doing. And there is for sure sex education at school and at the last chapter she masturbated under the blanket, so...she knows.
