I played this game from day one, I still think it's one of the best here. From day one there were prejustice that it copies another game. Yes the starting point was similar, but story has nothing to do with the other game. Development time varies from update to update. But this last one was the longest. Developer is very active on patreon and come here too. The primary goal of Hillside is its story and good characters (with soal), not sex. For anyone who prefer only sex there are hundreds of other games there to go fast to sex. or a little site called Pornhusomething... If you want a good story, good, welcome, if not, no one will try to to stop you.

I tend to think of a character as a LI if you can fuck them. That is distinct from being a main girl. You may have a different perspective. However, since there is a path through the game where you can choose to romance none of the four main girls it does stand to reason that Kaylah may be available to fill the void for an alternate happy ending for MC.

Yes, only different perspective, for me a LI is girl with defined story integrated into main story and has to have unique ending if you're on her path. But those (LI) guidelines are little blure sometimes.

I somewhat disagree. I agree that the game should focus on the story. But more sex scenes and animations would be nice. I'll still play it like it is, but this game has a lot of room to grow. If I was the dev, I would go back and expand the Kayla sex scene. But we'll see what happens. The dev may yet surprise us.
